Do you prefer it for a boy or girl? Also, general thoughts?

I agree Rohan for a boy. Or Roan.

Foxtato · 08/11/2016 18:05

I love it for a boy or girl

Love it. Boy or girl.

SausageSoda · 08/11/2016 17:27

Prefer it for a boy. Think that's probably because any Rowans that I've met were male c

Chinlo · 08/11/2016 16:54

I like it spelt Rohan and for a boy.

shaggedthruahedgebackwards · 08/11/2016 16:53

I love it for either a boy or a girl

It's probably the only unisex name that I genuinely think suits both sees equally in my experience there is a reasonably even split so you ought not to get too much "oh I assumed it was a boy/girl" comments

LizzieMacQueen · 08/11/2016 16:51

Girls name = nice, for a boy I would prefer Rohan.

Sophronia · 08/11/2016 16:50

Love it for a girl, it seems a bit 'wet' for a boy.

Maltropp · 08/11/2016 16:03

DS had one male and one female Rowan in his class at primary, I liked the girl more than the boy so I prefer it for a girl. I think of it as a girls name tbh., I like it though.

Frankiefarr · 08/11/2016 16:00

Love it for a girl don't like it for a boy because I think of Rowan Atkinson

Whatslovegottodo · 08/11/2016 15:56

Love for both.
Especially girl.
