It's a name I read in a book years ago but always liked. For a girl. Just me?

I've never met one either. But I think Roah sounds fine for a girl and nothing like Noah, for a start they start with a very different sound. So, yes, why not?

Not heard it before. I presume it rhymes with Noah and rower if you have a non-rhotic accent like me. I think it's all right, but repeating "it's Noah with an R" might become tedious after a while, especially for a girl.
