Regan/reegan for baby boy?

What do you think to the name Regan (pronounced ree-gan) not ray-gan, for a baby boy?

I've always thought of it as a female name as it's one of King Lear's daughters in Shakespeare.

Not keen on it for a boy.

I'd assume you were a Ronald Reagan fan, even if the pronunciation was slightly different.

The only Regan I have known is female but I've always thought it was nicer for a boy :)
