She's little, always so happy. Has dark hair, but will probably get lighter. We nickname her Bean (when we didn't know her sex, but still sticks) and Lily (it was my mum's favourite flower and it kind of just stuck) so she often gets Lily Bean Grin but my husband really doesn't want Lily as her first name, so I completely respect that, so that won't be her name. She looks like a little fairy really! Any ideas on names that suit that description, lol!? I really want her to have a name, as people don't know what to call her!

Sabine Lily (Bean/y). 😄

OhTheRoses · 06/11/2016 20:08

Another thought would be Arwen, daughter of the king of the elves in Lord of The Rings. The Cottingley fairie hoaxers were called Elsie and Frances.

Someone else said Ophelia and I like that.

Tansy, Linnet, Flora, Meriel,

Awwlookatmybabyspider · 06/11/2016 19:35

Awwwwwwwwww. Couldn't you just eat her. Her little tongue is just ridiculously cute.
Some name suggestions.
Megan Lily
Jessica Lily
Amber Lily

Elouisa - shortened to Lulu - or you could even sneak in Lily-Lou!

TroysMammy · 06/11/2016 19:21

Elfine, I imagine pronounced El feen. A character from Cold Comfort Farm who is IIRC is sweet, girly and romantic.

Ah, congrats OP, she's a very cute baby! My 5yo ds just leaned over my shoulder and asked who it was. I explained and asked him what name he thinks suits her. He said she looks like an Isabella Smile

Delphine is lovely.

I'm also thinking of names inspired by myths and legends because of you saying she's like a little fairy. So

Juno
Daphne (although I think Delphine prettier)
Penelope
Phoebe

DragonHorse · 06/11/2016 18:55

I have always loved Wren. I wanted it for my DD but she was on the 98th percentile at birth there was nothing Wren-like about her.

Mooey89 · 06/11/2016 18:54

Farylin, Tabitha, Tallula, Delilah, Ivy, Iris.

user1471950254 · 06/11/2016 18:54

She is beautiful! I like Lillian etc so you can shorten to Lily

Mooey89 · 06/11/2016 18:53

Beatrix, Bea for short? Almost bean!!!

MetallicBeige · 06/11/2016 18:53
