Peter definitely. There's something about the name Mark that doesn't sound that pleasant.

both great. If you have a one syllable second name, Peter might sound a bit nicer though.

Very boring old fashioned names. I gave my son the name Mark 41 years ago. What was I thinking??? Of all the lovely boys names around I settled on Mark. He wasn't thrilled either and has given his own son a much nicer name.

I have never understood why anyone would call their child Mark. It is a synonym for 'stain', and sounds all guttural, like the nose a dog makes. I think it's horrible.

So, Peter Grin. Actually, I do rather like Peter.

Marcus or Markus (German spelling) instead of Mark? (Love Marcus).

Out of those two, i'd say Mark. Peter makes me think of swiss goat-herders from the '70s children's program Heidi.

Not keen on either but if it had to be one Mark is a bit less seventies so would have to be it!
