Does anyone like these names?

My partner and I have decided on some possible names for our future children, one of which might be on the way :)
We have decided on for girls:
Lily
Lola
Are these names too similar?
Boys:
Orion
Roman

Every other girl is a lily-Lola-Lila-Laila-Ella these days. They are so blah.
Orion and roman are both interesting and unusual, I wouldn't call siblings those names but one or the other wild be great. Go back to the drawing board on your girl's names!
I do know a female Orion actually.

I really like Lola and Roman. Lily is a pretty name but there are SO many of them around! Orion is ok I suppose.

Lily is nice, but there are a lot around.

Lola I don't like, it doesn't sound like a proper name to me, more a nickname and it has a bit of a showgirl vibe.

Orion is a is a bit of mouthful, and I can imagine people often mishearing and thinking it's Ryan.

Roman I really like.

PoldarksBreeches has a point re the Lily/Lola/Lilly/Layla prevalance. Although they seem to be on the downward slide in terms of popularity.

What about Lillian? - a bit more timeless and you can still have Lily as NN?

Orion - not a fan. Roman i quite like, but it would make me think you have an eastern european heritage ( or a very big fan of the director)!

I really like Roman.
I like all the Lilly, Lola, Ellie type names but they're quite popular where I live.
Liking the idea of Lillian but with nn Lilly.

Roman has grown on me recently. Sorry but Orion is a car model!
Love Lily, yeah it's common but I'm biased it's DD middle name Smile Lola is also nice but quite popular too!

Lily and Lola are both lovely, but you can't have both. They're just too similar.

I like Roman a lot, but don't like Orion.
