Dottie - not keen
Mattie - sounds like a boy
Harrie - just wrong
Maddie - the only appropriate one to use as an actual name

Honestly? None of them, at least not without more formal names for the BC. They'll sound (sorry) terribly twee together with Hollie (any reason why that spelling)? Maddie's the best of the bunch - Bonnie and Dottie the worst because of the 'o' sound.

How about Matilda, shortened to Tilda? Or Katie? Lucy? Amy?
