Girls names... preference??

Very aware that most of these names will be frowned upon by the majority of mumsnetters, but what (if you HAD to) would be your favourite and least favourite?
Middle name is Sally, surname is a single syllable 'S' name.

Everly
Edie
Tallulah
Leni
Noa
Marlowe
Alba
Cooper

Marlowe Sally is the nicest and the one that flows the best. I love Everly but not paired with Sally. There's too many E sounds.

I really like Noa as a know a girl Noa and always thought it was a great girls name. Outing but she's Jewish Dutch, not sure how it works in the UK though.

The only one I like is Edie, but it just doesn't roll well with Sally S....

IMHO - Edith Sally S...... Works much better with Edie as NN?

Don't really like any of the others, too American sounding for me. I quite like Lulu for Tallulah, but Tallulah just makes me think of Bugsy Malone. I prefer Lola.
If you like Leni and Marlowe what about Lena? (Marlena)

Leni - I think it's lovely, Noa would run it a very close second. Sorry but Edie would be at the bottom of my likes.

Do you really think ... looking at the names I do like that I'd like Edith or Meredith?! I know granny chic names are back in but they are so far from my taste.
Middle name is definitely Sally, no changing it, it's DH passed mum.

Have you thought about maybe looking at other ways of going about sally? It's actually a nickname for Sarah. If you google you could possibly change sally a bit? Such as in one language it's spelt as Suri, which I think is a much more lovely name for a little girl. I don't think many names actually go with sally.

Edie is lovely, and you'll never met another even if it seems to be popular on mn.

Cooper my last favourite as it is quite masculine.

I like your taste though, it is similar to mine.

There will always be boring people on these threads telling you not to give your kids unusual names, who themselves stick to really safe run of the mill names, but you don't need to listen to their opinions, it takes all sorts to make an interesting world, and we can't all agree all the time!

Noa is my favourite, and Everly and Cooper are my least favourite. Edie and Leni are nice as nicknames, but I prefer the long forms. Tallulah is nice, but it's a bit overused by a certain sort of parent - the self-consciously quirky equivalent of Olivia.

Noa is my absolute fave. I like your choices ... Edie is probably my least fave (only because it's become so popular - a few years ago it was on my list).

all the comments saying 'you absolutely cannot call your child xx' ... Make me laugh my head off!!

Who do these keyboard warriors think they are?! Lol

Marlowe by a million miles! I sort of like Edie as a nn but not a full name and yes, its recent popularity is offputting to me too.

The rest I don't really like. My least favourite is Tallulah. I know one IRL and I just think it sounds a bit silly when I hear it tbh. I was trying to phrase that more diplomatically, but I think 'silly' is pretty accurate. Just my personal taste of course and I'm sure you would hate my DC's name.

Edie & Noa are my personal favourites. I have Noa on my list. I think it's difficult to get them to flow with Sally which has to be the middle name so could you consider an additional middle name to help bridge them? Eg Edie Tallulah Sally. you could play around with some combinations?

I do agree with whoever upthread suggested using Edith and then Edie as an NN. It sounds way better with the Sally, and gives the child more options if she grows up to not be an '-ie' type of woman.
