I've had my heart set on this name for years now. I absolutely love it but the reaction from friends and family has been far from positive. Honest opinions please!

It makes me think immediately of Adrian Mole. This is not a bad thing, I love adrian mole and have always loved the name Pandora. Now that youve reminded me I will be putting it on the list if eventual baby no 2 is a girl.

Go for it if you love it.

I love Pandora, and most other Greek mythology type names, but wouldn't use Pandora because of the link with jewellery and 'boxes'
What about other names in that ilk:
Persephone
Cassiopeia
Cassandra
Hera
Phaedra
Phillippa
Phoebe
