Yes milagro also means miracle

TBH it looks like a misspelling of Mariah.

Yes it's a Spanish name - it means miracle. Haha that was exactly what I was wondering re Mirena!!!

It's pretty but unfortunately similar to Mirena (the coil). Is it a "real name"?
