Jude as I know some Jake's who were terrible teens. Otherwise Jake is a nice name, but Jude is more interesting imp.

FindingNemoFindingDory · 28/09/2016 03:09

Jake

DramaAlpaca · 26/09/2016 22:01

Jude

JellyTeapot · 26/09/2016 19:16

Another vote for Jude - I only know one and he's secondary school aged (and one of the most awesome kids I know!) I've come across loads of Jake/Jacobs.

CordeliaFrost · 26/09/2016 18:36

Jude.

I'm biased though, as my Jude is actually a Judah, but he goes by Jude on a daily basis.

katemess12 · 26/09/2016 09:39

Hate Jude. Probably because all I can hear is "Hey Jude" every time I hear it and I despise the Beatles.

Jake is fine, however it's much nicer when shortened from Jacob.

ScarletSahara · 25/09/2016 23:19

*but

ScarletSahara · 25/09/2016 23:19

Jude. Know so many Jakes and Jacobs so it's a well-loved name bite Jude is much nicer and I don't find it feminine sounding.

Friolero · 25/09/2016 22:10

Definitely Jude

autumnmoon · 25/09/2016 22:02

Another vote for Jude.
Jake is also nice though.

UntilTheCowsComeHome · 25/09/2016 18:23

Like pp have said, Jude sounds a bit feminine.

I think Jake is a lovely boys' name though.

GoNorthDarren · 25/09/2016 18:05

I prefer Jude and haven't met any at all where I live.

ThoraGruntwhistle · 25/09/2016 17:38

Jude sounds very girly to me. I know it isn't, but that's my first reaction. Much prefer Jake or Jacob

CPtart · 25/09/2016 17:25

I prefer Jacob to Jake. Dislike Jude.

MumsKnitter · 25/09/2016 17:25

Jude

CrystalMcPistol · 25/09/2016 17:20

I know loads of Jakes/Jacobs but no Judes.

Madbengalmum · 25/09/2016 17:14

Please god not ANOTHER baby Jude!

crayfish · 25/09/2016 17:13

Jake for me. It might just be where I live but I know four baby Jude's!

Enidblyton1 · 25/09/2016 17:05

Jude

jenniuol · 25/09/2016 17:01

Jude

winkywinkola · 25/09/2016 16:59

Jude.

midsomermurderess · 25/09/2016 16:43

I agree with pp saying Jake, short for Jacob.

Sugarpiehoneyeye · 25/09/2016 10:54

Jake.

Pemba · 25/09/2016 04:28

Jake is a great name (would put Jacob down on the birth certificate).

I like Jude, but one thing against it is that it can be a female name sometimes (maybe short for Judith?)

CrystalMcPistol · 25/09/2016 03:56

I love Jude but Jake is blah.
