Livia s my favourite from your list, but I much prefer just Liv. Lila and Leila feel very "now".

Leila is nice, but I prefer Laila.
I'm not sure either on the Lila pronunciation., But don't like it either way.
Livia is pretty but with Olivia on her BC.
