I went to school with a Lavinia. I think Lauren is a lovely girls name and once heard of a girl called Laurel.

For a girl what about Laurie? For a boy Lewis is lovely.

I like Livia, it's lovely and nicely different. I like Olivia but there are far too many around now so that's a nice take on it!
