We just cannot decide. Aidan or Ronan? We are not Irish Grin to be honest, we'll probably use the other one, if we have another boy. We're not looking for suggestions, etc. as these are definitely set in stone! Smile

Ronan (I think of O'Gara first rather than Keating tbh).

Ronan doesn't sound like an adults' name to me. Even though I know adults called Ronan. Maybe it's because it reminds me of primary school and those Ronan agus Áine readers.

Aidan to me always sounds like it should be pronounced 'Hayden'. Not even sure that's how that name is spelt .

I just don't like the name at all.

Ronan is a better name IMO.

I really dislike Aiden, but Ronan is lovely, much more unusual & the only one I have personally known is a lively guy, creative, clever & very much a great character

Yea, if he's dazzlingly beautiful go for Aidan. If he looks a bit like a potato, it's Ronan alright Grin.

I don't love either but I think they are both equally "okay". Ronan does make me think of Boyzone a little bit, so I'd personally go with Aidan, of the two.

Both nice names so I'm no help.

Try out both names with whatever middle name you've chosen and the surname & see what sounds best.
