Sorry, I really should have put it in the original post. It's the Polish spelling. So I guess I'm just looking for opinions on Benedict/Benedykt

It's a nice name but the spelling's a bit try hard and your child would have a lifetime of having to spell his name out or correcting spelling which would get irritating as everyone will assume it's Benedict.
