Lawson but I like neither. Can't imagine a chubsy infant or a sparkly little boy called either of those. Maybe, maybe a sixty-eight year old man with large ears and dramatically wiry grey eyebrows. An irascible "Git orf my laaaawn!" sort of fellow.

Sorry but I feel the same about surnames as first names. Not for me but each to their own and all that.

I really dislike this trend for surnames-as-forenames, especially when there's no precedent for using a particular surname as a forename. So... neither.
