There's a great thread at the moment about girl's names but I'm having a boy...

OP posts:
Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

DP was desperate for Hector but I vetoed because it's actually becoming really popular Blush DS is Fox I suppose that's not common Smile

PaperdollCartoon · 17/08/2016 13:38

Another for Jago, I love it.

Also love Rex (this will probably be our first DS if we have one) Arlo, Casper, Cosmo, also love Torquil but I'm not Scottish so don't think we could pull it off.

Wreford

This makes me laugh every single time I see it on here. Grin What's the story behind it?

I'll throw in Dennis and Roger for good measure.

Ooh, some great names on here!

My current favourites:

Jago
Otto
Ludo
Casper
Jasper
Zebedee (Zeb)
Zebediah (also Zeb)

Otto would be my top pick but it doesn't work with my German-sounding surname (neither DH or I are at all German, and so Otto German-surname would be a bit much in the circumstances)

Also love Taliesin but my daughter has a Welsh name and we're not Welsh so have ruled that out.

Really like Gilleathan but living outwith Scotland and with a hard-to-spell double-barrelled surname would probably be a bit unfair on the poor child, so not for me!

Love Ambrose, DH has vetoed it, but agreed to it if we ever have a dog Grin

GiddyGiddyGoat · 13/08/2016 17:56

Interesting to see Hugo mentioned - Hugos are ten a penny round here.

I love Loic, Otto, Bernard and Vern.

And DS's name! We have never met another... Smile

StubbleTurnips · 12/08/2016 19:57

Montgomery - love it.

PurplePidjin · 12/08/2016 19:51

I'd have loved to call one of my ds's Ezekiel or Santiago but wasn't quite brave enough.

Ds1s name is on here already, and ds2s often crops up as a suggestion on threads like this
