Yeah, not going to lie, fan of the game. DH is too Grin

I love it! I think it's pretty. It is the only name we've been able to agree on. Out of thousands.

Is it ridiculous? I'm worrying about the reactions we'll have Blush

Oh zerelda yes Grin

psychoexmeansregularNC · 11/08/2016 21:24

Dammit someone beat me to calling a son Salem! I'm a huge Sabrina the Teenage Witch Fan - I liked Hilary and Zelery!! Grin

Sammysquiz · 11/08/2016 21:20

Zelda for me is the scary sister of Gage's mum in Pet Semetary.

MimsyBorogroves · 11/08/2016 20:14

I think that was Zerelda, bigkids.

The American girl with the dubious accent.

MimsyBorogroves · 11/08/2016 20:13

I like it, but if you're slightly worried, what about something like Esmerelda as an "official" name and Zelda as everyday usage?

bigkidsdidit · 11/08/2016 20:04

Was the dreadful schoolgirl in Malory towers who curled her hair a zelda?

I'm surprising myself by really liking it

LynetteScavo · 11/08/2016 20:02

Was she Violet? I think you're right!!!

I'm obviously getting old and losing my memory!

RupertPupkin · 11/08/2016 02:27

I love it. It makes me think of Zelda Pinwheel, which (I think) was a Judy Blume character's alias.

AnnaMarlowe · 11/08/2016 01:59

It's a pretty name but I'm afraid my association is Terrahawks too.

Pemba · 11/08/2016 01:49

I thought of Scott Fitzgerald's wife too. Never heard of the puppet thing, but if that's very popular with young kids and likely to stay around for a while, I guess it could be a problem.

VioletBam · 11/08/2016 01:04

Lynette the Grange Hill girl was called Imelda not Zelda.

DancingDinosaur · 11/08/2016 01:04

I used to work with a Zelda nearly 30 years ago. She was such a bitch. I struggle to see past that. Theres nothing wrong with the name itself though.

HoratioNightboy · 11/08/2016 01:02

I always assumed it was short for Grizelda. Don't like either name, to be honest. Sad

Tokelau · 11/08/2016 00:37

My late godmother was called Zelda. She was a nice lady. I also love the game. I'm not sure if I like the name though. I never like names with Z or X in them, I've no idea why.

orangebird69 · 11/08/2016 00:22

Terrahawks. Just no. The end.

AgentPineapple · 10/08/2016 20:59

I know Scorbus! I always imagined when he had to do the register at school, when his name is called he could stand up and say I AM SPARTACUS! Grin

WeekendAway · 10/08/2016 20:59

No. It's truly awful.

ButteredToastAndStrawberryJam · 10/08/2016 20:58

No! I am Spartacus.

Zelda sounds German.

Scorbus · 10/08/2016 20:56

What a name to live up to Agent

AgentPineapple · 10/08/2016 20:54

When I was in maternity ward with my oldest DS there was a baby boy born the same day and he was named Spartacus!

TroysMammy · 10/08/2016 20:11

I know a Zelda, she's in her late 80's.

TheImprobableGirl · 10/08/2016 20:10

Oh god, not if that is called zelda too.... 👽💀👻

TheImprobableGirl · 10/08/2016 20:09

i love it OP , I don't think dp and I will go for it if dc3 ends up being a third DD, as it just wouldn't 'go' enough with the other names
But I wish I was brave enough!

Madbengalmum · 10/08/2016 19:56

Its zelda from the terrahawks!

OohMavis · 10/08/2016 19:55

Jesus Christ what is that thing Shock
