Sound like a Jamie Oliver name - Clover, Petal, Blossom, Honey, etc

Ah, the eponymous heroine who got her man through vigorous sweeping and mysterious ways with chintz.

Oh, and she let him watch while she stirred her oysters. Always helps.

KoalaDownUnder · 08/07/2016 06:39

I totally love it.

maamalady · 08/07/2016 06:39

Cows, rabbits, or butter, I'm afraid. I used to know a rather fierce and chunky horse (male) named Clover too.

Not a name for a person, IMO!

coveredinhopeandvaseline · 08/07/2016 06:24

I have a friend with a very sweet 5 year old daughter called Clover. Initially I was a bit wtf as mum also has a very countryside plant name...but it really suits her.

HooseRice · 08/07/2016 06:21

Just no.

LovelyWeatherForDucks · 08/07/2016 06:20

Love it! I'd probably use it for a middle name though

Zenzie · 08/07/2016 05:51

I love it, but I think a child with that name would get teased because of the 'Lover' in their name. But I still would consider using it.

Porcupinetree · 08/07/2016 05:44

Makes me think of cows, margarine and horror films (Cloverfield) also the words cloven and cleaver.

It's a no from me.

IoraRua · 08/07/2016 00:08

Definite cow name, unfortunately!

nectarini1983 · 07/07/2016 20:54

Ditto Twinkle1! Moo!

pilates · 07/07/2016 12:52

Sorry, cow for me too.

Rainbowqueeen · 07/07/2016 12:08

Same as Plimsolls, would have loved to have used it but doesn't go with our last name

Adorable

avocadosweet · 07/07/2016 12:03

Love it! Clover Carr.

squoosh · 07/07/2016 12:01

Too bovine.

Raines100 · 07/07/2016 06:54

Love it! 'What Katy Did' vibes for me.

Deaver · 06/07/2016 22:48

It reminds me of a cow, or the margarine.

Hellochicken · 06/07/2016 22:48

Sorry, sounds a bit too pet to me!

PointlessUsername · 06/07/2016 22:47

Clover is animal related to me.

How about Clodagh.

LonestarStateOfMind · 06/07/2016 22:44

What about Cobhlaith pronounced Cove-la? It's a gorgeous name.

RemusLupinsBiggestGroupie · 06/07/2016 21:24

Lovely.

DramaAlpaca · 06/07/2016 21:05

Clover is a lovely, sweet name.

I loved Clover in What Katy Did and I immediately think of her, not cows or rabbits.
