Rosanna - too much of a mouthful?

I really like this name but im not sure if it sounds too much like a mouthful when shouting it?

I know this is quite popular now and I think it is nice and definitely not a mouthful. However, I can't get Roseanne Barr out of my head when I hear it, which puts it squarely in the 90s for me! Obviously people younger than me won't make this association though.

I know two Rosanaghs, both known as Rosie. Lovely name.

The thing is with the spelling Roseanna, to me it looks like two names together that look like they need a hyphen

I was thinking of Rosanna Holly and then our surname.

I do love the name Eve. I think its great as a first name too

My Rosanna is 5 and I love her name, definitely isn't too much of a mouthful. We pronounce it Ro-sanna but the syllables have equal weight and run together. She is also frequently called Rosie which she likes. Her middle name is Eve- I think they flow well together.

We have met one other little Rosanna who had the nickname Ro-ro, apart from that I've only come across it in books so still very uncommon even though it is made up of two very common elements.

I like the sound of Rosanna, like both spellings but love Rosa as a NN so prefer OPs spelling.

I would pronounce that spelling Rozanna. I think it needs the e to make it softer.

Rather than Ro-Sanna, I would wonder whether it's Rose-Anna or Roz-Anna.

Roseanna was my nana's name. She died last week :-(. She was shortened to Rose or Rosie oftentimes. It's a beautiful and elegant name.

I know an adult Rosanna. I think it's beautiful. She gets called Rosie a lot. Go for it!

I quite like it, actually. Smile I like all of the nicknames (particularly Rosie!)

Rose-Anna is how I would pronounce it.
