Out of these two, which one?

I'm so undecided Sad I prefer Elliot, but Isaac goes better with DS1's name. DH prefers Isaac...

So, Elliot or Isaac?

I would go for Isaac. He could then be Zach for short... or you could call him Zachary. No wait. ISAAC. Just stick with Isaac. Although I do like Zach a lot...

I don't know about Elliot. I guess because there are so many girls names starting with Elle/Ella/Ellie.. so it seems a little feminine. Isaac is strong and classical.

I have an Isaac.

He is 13, it was very uncommon when we named him, but I hear a lot of smaller Isaac's so I think it is getting more common.

It is a great name, good on child or adult, nice meaning, classic but not boring etc.

personally I really dislike the name Elliot, but can't really say why.

I prefer Elliot unless you are particularly religious. Isaac is a nice name but combined with Noah too biblical for my tastes

On it's own it would be Issac for me but I think Elliot goes better with Noah unless you want to be v religious

I have an Isaac and never has there been someone who has lived the meaning of their name to such an extent. He is a true delight! I would recommend using the name on the off chance that it has a magic power and turns all children into charming, funny bundles of joy! Smile
