Opinions on Marlowe for a girl?

I like it a lot. It depends a bit on your surname.

lottiegarbanzo · 08/06/2016 00:10

Makes me think of marshmallow.

lottiegarbanzo · 08/06/2016 00:10

Place name, surname, not a first name.

Marley yes, Marlowe has an odd ending for a girls' name.

RortyCrankle · 07/06/2016 23:58

I don't like it and can't think of anything nice to say about it.

IoraRua · 07/06/2016 23:53

Anyway to actually answer the question no, I don't like it.

IoraRua · 07/06/2016 23:52

It reminds of that fantastic burn Jean Harlow got from Margot Asquith. "The t is silent, as in Harlow".
Bit of an odd association but it did make me Grin

MumOnACornishFarm · 07/06/2016 23:28

Love it!

tinymeteor · 07/06/2016 23:19

Definitely unusual but I love it. Think Sienna Miller used it for her kid?

Lilacpink40 · 07/06/2016 23:17

Never heard of it. Sounds a bit masculine.
