Scottish girls names

Currently pregnant with no 2, and looking for a Scottish name for the bump! We've a shortlist of boys names but no girls names! I've always liked isla and eilidh, but both are so popular in my area that I no longer want to use them! I can't find any unique that I love, anyone any suggestions? Thanks!

First of all, please don't have Senga; it's the Scottish equivalent of Chardonnay as a name. I think the poster who suggested it knew that, however.

Secondly, Agree that Vaila is not Scottish in origin; its Norse. However, it's pretty and a name for a place that's nowadays part of Scotland.

Thirdly, am puzzled at suggested pronouciation upthread of Iolaire. (Also by the spelling - that's the genitive form, surely, meaning 'of an eagle'?) The nominative is Iolair, which I've always heard pronounced rather like 'yoh-hlar' - see forvo.com/word/iolair/

Similarly, Mairead is not - in any part of Scotland that I know - pronounced My-rat. More like Mahr-raidht, in my experience.

Iknownuffink, Vaila is a Scottish place name therefore has as much claim to be a Scottish name as other islands, Lewis, Harris, Iona, Skye - the last of which has only been used as a first name in recent years.

I have seen Vaila suggested on here before, I think it is a Shetland island. It is quite pretty.
I like Alba, only thing that would put me off is it used to be a brand of cheap stereo but may not still exist!
