We've whittled down to three names at the moment.
Stanley Thomas
Thomas Stanley
Alexander James

Our surname is a one syllable name, hence the longer names

Thanks in advance

Alexander James

Stanley Thomas, I know Alexander is popular on mm but I really don't like it.

Namelessbabe · 17/05/2016 21:58

Will you shorten to Alex, Stan, Tom though, even with a one syllable surname?

PointlessUsername · 17/05/2016 21:55

Thomas Stanley

cecilelliott · 17/05/2016 21:55

Alexander-lovely name and so many choices for shortenings.

DaisyFranceLynch · 17/05/2016 21:26

I was about to say Alexander James but then I realised it was the Blur bassist/ Chipping Norton cheesemaker.

So maybe Thomas Stanley?

I know Stanley is fashionable but it still sounds a bit "old man" to me as a first name (quite nice as a middle name though), whereas Alexander, Thomas and James are all timeless.

SirNiallDementia · 17/05/2016 21:24

Alexander James is my favourite.

I don't like the name Stanley at all I'm afraid!

HouseOfBiscuits · 17/05/2016 21:18

Alexander is my favourite of your first names, but James always seems to come up as a middle name so I'd use Thomas or Stanley as middle name instead.

IggyPopsicle · 17/05/2016 21:14

Thomas Stanley is the name I want for my baby boy, if I ever have one. Good choice Smile

RandomName9 · 17/05/2016 20:18

I like Alexander James!

GunShotResidue · 17/05/2016 20:17

I think Thomas Stanley, but it's a close call between that and Alexander James :)

Potkettleblack2 · 17/05/2016 20:16

First choice for me would be Alexander James, then Thomas Stanley.
