We like too many names, it's ridiculous. We seriously don't have a favourite...

I thought I'd turn it into a little game, that you can help with! Please tell me your favourite and least favourite, I'll then put those into separate piles; if someone then likes the opposite, it'll go back - it makes sense in my head! So, what's your favourite and least favourite (pick only 1).

Maybe this is some kind of reverse, and she'll go for the first one voted out. Which was, I think, Kai. Grin

EleanorofProvence · 01/05/2016 22:56

I agree - you can try out the top three or four and see if there is one that really works - you've got plenty of time to do that now Smile

IslaSinga · 01/05/2016 22:55

Alexander
James
William
Matthew

In that order.

I'd go for Alexander James from your list!

WiIdfire · 01/05/2016 22:55

Alexander James is great for first and middle. Ours was very nearly that, but my ex is James so he is Alexander Thomas.

Anyway:
F: Alexander, obviously.
LF:William

Somerville · 01/05/2016 22:55

They did choose his name - all 42 of them!

ThroughThickAndThin01 · 01/05/2016 22:55

Yes I agree with Milo, you and your Dh should chose from the MN shortlist!

Somerville · 01/05/2016 22:54

if we're doing orders:

Alexander
James
William
Matthew

NoncommittalToSparkleMotion · 01/05/2016 22:54

New favourite Matthew

Least Alexander

Miloarmadillo1 · 01/05/2016 22:53

Now you have a shortlist, won't you and DH pick from it? They are all lovely names, approved by the Mumsnet committee, but he is your son, you should pick his name.

Marmy2008 · 01/05/2016 22:53

Fav is Issac
Worst is Griffin

FastWindow · 01/05/2016 22:52

Love Luke.

Really dont like Archie, but that is due to my own associations. No need to stick my dislikes on your child (or likes, for that matter)

Name him whatever you like!

thumb3lina · 01/05/2016 22:52

DH:
fav James
least fav Matthew

LotsofDots · 01/05/2016 22:52

Do you think, if you go ahead with the name that comes out top here he will be the first baby ever named by mumsnet committee?

Miloarmadillo1 · 01/05/2016 22:52

Matthew
William
Alexander
James

In that order

OneMagnumisneverenough · 01/05/2016 22:51

I love Joe/Jonah

PamelaPatriciaYouCanCallMePam · 01/05/2016 22:50

Although Jonah is still beautiful....and Joe is a lovely shortening....

OneMagnumisneverenough · 01/05/2016 22:50

Can we have another photo just to be sure? Wink

LotsofDots · 01/05/2016 22:49

Matthew
William
James
Daniel
Alexander
In that order!

PamelaPatriciaYouCanCallMePam · 01/05/2016 22:49

PamelaPatriciaYouCanCallMePam · 01/05/2016 22:49

Eliminate William. Willy. I'm a shocking turn of events, I agree with my mother in something.

HRHsherlockssextoy · 01/05/2016 22:48

Fav William
Least Matthew

Somerville · 01/05/2016 22:48

If you get it down to 3, we you can just decide the order.

Loads of kids have 3 names. mine do

OneMagnumisneverenough · 01/05/2016 22:48

Alexander
James
Matthew
William

I'm going to stick with that order I think

hownottofuckup · 01/05/2016 22:48

New fav is Alexander. Or James. I can't decide...

MadrigalElectromotive · 01/05/2016 22:47

DH says:

F: William but he has already voted for this so not sure it can count again
LF: Matthew
