which do you prefer?

Love them both but Amelie edges it for me. In spite of them being "hugely popular" I have yet to meet any babies called either name and I'm in London.

Sophronia · 13/03/2016 19:03

Neither, but Esme if I had to pick.

IoraRua · 13/03/2016 18:33

Much of a muchness between them imo, both nice names but quite popular. I'd lean towards Esme.

DramaAlpaca · 13/03/2016 18:31

If I had to choose it'd be Esme.

I think Amelie sounds much nicer in a French accent than a British one.

coughingbean · 13/03/2016 18:30

They are both beautiful!
I would choose esme only because it's a family name

LoopyLily · 13/03/2016 18:27

Amelie, don't like Esme.

DontKillMyVibe · 13/03/2016 18:27

Both are very popular now but I prefer Esme. I love it as a name and it was on my list though have crossed it off due to overuse (and DP not liking it)

VinceNoirLovesHowardMoon · 13/03/2016 18:25

Neither tbh
Both massively overrated and overused these days, however if you have to, Esme

Paddletonio · 13/03/2016 18:24

Amelie but both nice
