timeless girls name

I don't know if I'm having a boy or girl yet. Boys name will be Alex. I have 2 girls called lily and Eve and cannot find the 'right' girls name. It's driving me crazy!

Names I've considered

Emilia
Amelia
Amelie
Eleanor (sisters name)
Ella
Robyn

Thing is none of them feel right! The Emilia names feel too 'pretty' but not special enough and Eleanor has the nn Ellie which is confusing with Lily. My other favourite name is Hazel but it's Eves middle name and I don't want to reuse it!

I really want a timeless, classic, beautiful name (possibly short without many nn potentials) that doesn't have a masculine short version (so not Alexandra for example). It needs to go with my other names without being too similar. Grace seems ideal but I'm not keen! Ideas?

Lily, Eve & Robyn - sounds right to me. Your other name choices have similarities to your existing names & in my humble old opinion, that would sound a bit strange. Lily & Eve are beautiful names & I'm sure you'll find another equally great name (if you haven't already).

Other possibilities that might work are;
Hattie
Merryn
Seren
Mabel
Esme
Rhea
Rosa
Sophie
Alice

Have you ruled out Robyn? I think it's lovely - and works well with the other two girls.

I would personally avoid Eleanor/Ella due to having an 'E' already.

Zoe. Timeless, short, no obvious nicknames, lovely for a wee girl or a grown up.
