Elizabeth, too popular?

I love the name, although our other DC have mot unusual names...

I don't actually know any Elizabeth's, apart from adults, although it does seem to be very popular in rankings...

I have 2yr and 5m dd's and haven't heard any Elizabeth's at groups etc.

My 5m dd is called Eliza. If you want a more unusual version.

I know a 3 yr old Elisabeth (with an 's'). All the other Elizabeths I know are 35 yrs old +.

Do you like Liz? because although I agree Eizabeth is a lovely name, I've never met an adult one that wasn't just 'Liz'.

I only know one Elizabeth who's not an adult. She's about 4 yrs.

Perhaps it's popularity is very regional?
