There's a Leicester in Great Expectations I think. We joked we'd call our DC either Leicester or Leamington, and Honoria (We didn't).

I actually came across a couple who had named their child Kensington-Camden [Surnane]. It was the child's full name too, not just a middle name. They were American so I wondered if they had been on honeymoon in London or something!
