Yep I love all those names! They all go well together

Congratulations Thanks

Sunshine511 · 18/01/2016 20:33

I like the names too! Personally, I'd probably go for Harriet nn Hattie.x

SoWhite · 18/01/2016 20:36

I don't like Hattie - the full version Harriet is much, much nicer.

harboromummy · 18/01/2016 20:40

I hate Harriet.

It's the name of the child the woman my ex cheated on me with. 😒

My choice was penny but he prefers Hattie (his choice)

Awww completely understand you hating the name on that basis? In that case, will it bother you if people assume her full name is Harriet? You might find that happens and you may have to correct people. Might not bother you but thought I'd mention just in case x

originalmavis · 18/01/2016 20:47

Hannah? That coud be Hattie.

iciclewinter · 18/01/2016 20:48

If you choose Hattie then I think you'll often be asked if it's short for Harriet. Would you mind that?

SoWhite · 18/01/2016 20:51

Well Harriet and Hattie are variations of the same name, so if you hate Harriet because of a cheating ex, you should hate Hattie too. She was probably nicknamed that to someone close!

SoWhite · 18/01/2016 20:51

Penny is fantastic btw.

harboromummy · 18/01/2016 21:09

No her nickname was Hattie lol

I really love Hattie 🙈🙊

Harriet, Hettie and Hattie are all the same name though. I don't understand how you can hate one so passionately, but not the other Confused

harboromummy · 18/01/2016 21:21

I suppose I don't hate the name Harriet. But I prefer the name Hattie. Her birth certificate would say Hattie, everyone iv said it too so far hasn't asked if her name is Harriet, and if they did I wouldn't mind I don't think I'd just correct them.

Everyone thinks Taylor is a boys name lol

iciclewinter · 18/01/2016 21:23

I thought Hettie was short for Henrietta.

LordOfMisrule · 18/01/2016 21:26

Swift must be doing the 'Taylor is a girls name' cause some favours though?

Although Taylor did once go out with a bloke called Taylor. That was confusing.
