I adore the names Robyn & Ivy. Good choice & congratulations.

Just wanted to say that I know a little girl called Summer who was born in November, so I think seasonal type names are just "names" these days.

cecilelliott · 06/01/2016 20:07

Victoria by far! I knew several at school - one was Toria; one was always called Plum!

Not dated, just classic, and it will sound really fresh among all the Evies/Islas and Sophias (please don't go for this one - lovely name but there are SOOOOO many around at the moment!)

Good Luck whatever you decide

Unoriginalusername123 · 05/01/2016 20:07

Robyn Ivy is a beautiful name and a beautiful baby - congratulations!

SoWhite · 05/01/2016 19:49

Go with Autumn if you love it! Aprils, Mays and Junes are all born whenever. Likewise Summers.

KatOnATinRo0f · 05/01/2016 19:02

I love it but I prefer it spelt Robin for some reason
Victoria noelle was also cute
Congratulations! Thanksshe is beautiful

Jw35 · 05/01/2016 12:24

Emily, Robyn and Sophia are beautiful

What about
Hazel
Eve
Mia
Lily

These are all very bias names!

Iliveinalighthousewiththeghost · 04/01/2016 20:49

I do take your point and my dad used the same argument as you.
But that's the way the seasons were told to me. By a teacher .
They might have changed though

SummerMonths · 04/01/2016 20:44

I'm sorry but nobody wakes up one frosty December morning and goes "what a lovely autumn day". 21 Dec is mid winter. Christmas carols refer to deep MID winter.

Robyn is lovely. As is Ivy. Holly is another good winter name. Or Mary!

Iliveinalighthousewiththeghost · 04/01/2016 20:29

Seasons.
21 Dec- 20 March Winter
21 March -20 June Spring.
21 June - 20 September Summer
21 September -20 December. Autumn.

MajesticWhine · 04/01/2016 20:24

I love all the names on your list except for Autumn. It really stands out as the only non-traditional name, and I would go for traditional personally and I would go with Emily from your list. But go with what you love.

NadiaWadia · 04/01/2016 20:20

Emily and Sophia are beautiful names.

Victoria is quite nice, though you will probably get people saying it's dated. But Tori? Don't know about that, because of the political associations! You might not be able to stop people using 'Vicky' instead, anyway.

BeautifulLiar · 04/01/2016 20:19

Nooo we're not changing up seasons round here! I've done well having one baby for each season Blush

Scarydinosaurs · 04/01/2016 20:16

I love Ivy!

Iliveinalighthousewiththeghost · 04/01/2016 20:05

15 of December Is still autumn. Winter doesn't start until 21 December.

QueenMolotov · 04/01/2016 20:04

Personally, I love Robyn or Noëlle for a December-born girl.

As you mentioned the name Autumn (which is gorgeous but I agree isn't quite right for anyone December born) - what about Winter? I'm not usually a fan of Nicole Richie, but I think her dd has a beautiful name (Harlow Winter Kate). I like the Winter Kate bit Smile

iscreamicecream · 04/01/2016 20:02

Autumn is the only one that you say you love so go with that one, it doesn't matter if she wasn't actually born in the autumn X

ITRESVG · 04/01/2016 20:01

gabriella ivy sounds cute...

What about Gabriella?

ITRESVG · 04/01/2016 20:00

yeah, i guess it is, but i go by months really (probs not the right thing to do! but i just do, so i class it as winter)

I love Robin and would have named my second dd it if I wasn't for the fact my dh brothers called it!
