I know a Caspar and my first thought was along the friendly ghost lines but now I'm used to it and I know him it doesn't enter into my mind and seems normal.

I knew one spelled Kaspar years ago. Fewer ghost connotations perhaps. Kaspar was one the three kings wasn't he?

Love it, it's my nephews name. He is four and no one says anything about the friendly ghost which is not popular/well known amongst kids now anyway.
