Can't decide between Thea Ivy or Lydia Ivy. Love both - which would you choose?

They're both lovely; I marginally prefer Lydia.

Two lovely names. Not keen on either with ivy. Kind of needs another name too.
For eg
Thea elizabeth ivy
Lydia Elizabeth ivy.
IMO.
