In my High School class whenever the teacher said "Ro..." 5 heads ducked down to avoid being asked. We had:

A few years later I did admin for a sixth form college and every other girl was called Lauren. If in doubt, call them Lauren it's probably right!

Mama I'm a Joanne,(born 1971) and, yes, there were loads of us. In my 'A' level French class, there were 5. Plus a Joanna Grin And none of us went by 'Jo', strangely. (Although I hate the name Joanne myself, and have been Jo since leaving school).

Born mid sixties. London. Secondary school class of 30. 3 Tracys 2 Debra/Deborah, 2 Karens, 2 Julie/Julia, 3 Susan/Suzanne. 2 Sara/Sarah. My sister two years later had 3 Sophies and 2 Lisa's.
