Whichever suits her best when she arrives. Both are lovely. Josephine is a bit more versatile because of all the possible nicknames.

I'm a Josephine and mostly get called Josie, jo. Some family members call me jojo. I was the only Josephine in my school which I hated and wanted a more common name, but I like it now

Prefer Josephine. I know a wonderful Josephine who is called Josie day to day. It's a lovely name.

I would say Lucy, as I have a 5yr old with that name, but Josephine with nn Posey is absolutely gorgeous!
