Tabitha, Erica or Violet

Had settled on one of these early in pregnancy but having a few last minute wobbles. So brainstorming again.
Out of interest which do people prefer?

I love Erica. I love Tabitha too but think it's more "now." People are probably making faces because Erica doesn't fit the current frilly, cutesy names that are popular at the moment but it's a great name. I'd stick with it.

Absolutely love Tabitha - and it's a strong biblical name, not twee or a cat! DS would have been Tabitha had he been a DD.

Violet's ok, one of those old lady names I've been slightly startled by the resurgence of - there are two at DD's nursery. Quite pretty I suppose, if I view it objectively!

Erica's awful! Just a deeply unattractive name...but fascinating that people have such an utterly different take on all three! There's your answer - they're all Marmite names so.pick the one YOU love best.

Not keen at all on Erica and Tabitha. Violet is ok.

Really dislike Erica. Also sounds harsh to my ears. Love Tabitha. Violet is pretty, but too popular in by friendship group these days (along with Emilia, Florence and Annabel).

Definitely Tabitha - wanted it for DD but vetoed by DH.

(And prefer it to Talitha too.)

Violet is the only name I like, no love from your list, it would be my DC2s name but do not like Erica or Tabitha at all.

Both of those sounds very twee, average and a bit common to me, sorry.

I still prefer Erica over Talitha. Talitha is much nicer than Tabitha though!

DH doesn't like Violet so thats out. Our chosen name is Erica. But I am getting lots of pulled faces when I tell people ( I know it is stupid to tell people). So just brainstorming to make sure there isn't anything else I have missed. What do people think of Talitha instead of Tabitha?
Any other suggestion welcome.

Tabitha (as I have one, and she is very cat like Hmm ... Well, actually she does have long limbs, likes to laze around and loves having her tummy rubbed ...)

Then Violet and Erica.

Tabitha Violet sounds nice ...
