I like your girls names apart from Indigo. It just doesn't sound that great to me, its a bit blah. I like Etty from Verity. I think with your girls names you could use any combination as a first and middle name :
Verity Elizabeth
Indigo Elizabeth
Elizabeth Anna etc

Your boys - I don't like Rex, never have done. I like Oran but I spell it differently. Kit - its a bit trendy wendy, alright as a shortening for Christopher but I think its quite now/ of its time as a given name. Ralph, if you're going to pronounce it Rafe I'd think about the spelling. Elliott is nice enough.
Jude is my favourite by a long way, I think its a lovely name.

Elliot Is a gorgeous name. It just cunjures up a really polite and well behaved little boy. When you say after Christmas do you mean after Christmas day. Is he or she due within the 12 days of Christmas.

DD knew a very sweet little girl at nursery called Indigo. I think its lovely, and if it's your favourite then go for it!

All of the boys names are fine but none really stand out to me. would you consider Raphael if you like Ralph?

Your girls' names are all OK but I don't love them. Although not sure about Indigo, yy to Indigo child & yes you might regret something so... of the moment. I am so glad I didn't call my DD Savannah! There are loads of beautiful names out there - why not cast the net a bit wider Ariadne, Tabitha

Out of your boys' names, I love Kit. I know a Kit and he is adorable. :) Jude & Ralph are OK. Not keen on the others

A total of five of the names on your list belong to close family members of mine so I am very biased when I say I love them all

Anna - quite like Annie, don't like Anna much
Indigo (still my favourite but is it even a name?! And is it too pretentious?!!) - I find it a bit poncey if I'm honest

Rex - I quite like it but I'm afraid it is a dog's name

I read about it a few years ago, it's just standard special snowflake stuff. I wouldn't let it out you off a lovely name as it will be ancient history by the time she is 20

If you want Ralph to be pronounced Rafe, then I think you should spell it as Rafe, because most people will automatically pronounce it the other way.

Indigo- I always love the idea of nn Indi. Not sure I would be brave enough to call my daughter this tho although nothing wrong with it.

Boys;
Kit, Heath, Jude, Elliot all nice. Especially think Heath is a cool name. Although would never use as I am sure my gran would be convinced his name was Keith!
Oran, Rex. I dislike both lots
Ralph I have no thoughts of really. I wouldn't try and pronounce it differently as that is going to be confusing and annoying.

Just back to say how much I like Kester, and suggest Keir.

I like Indigo. Colour names are really popular at the moment with Ambers, Scarletts, Siennas and Blus all over the place. The only draw back is it is associated with the whole indigo child thing. I have met a little girl called Indigo though and it seemed just right. Also recently met a Silva which is lovely.

Consider India rather than Indigo for a girl. The others are fine. Verity might end up as "Rita" though.

Kit -- sounds like a name for a tomboy girl, to be honest. Can you picture an adult man in a serious professional introducing himself as Kit, or Oran? Or Rex, unless he's a stage actor.

Really don't like the other boys names. If you want Rafe, name him Rafe or Raphael. Not Ralph.

Depends on the juxtaposition with the surname, too.

I love Verity and Elliot.

DD2 was almost Verity, we chose a similar name.

My favourites are Verity and Rex.
I would use Kit as nn for Kester.

Girls:
Verity - pretty. I'd expect her to be well spoken and curvy with long dark blond hair (quite specific, I know)
Elizabeth - classic, don't like Lizzie or Liz. A bit boring?
Anna - classic but forgettable.
Indigo (still my favourite but is it even a name?! And is it too pretentious?!!) - no, a colour not a name and too close to Inigo (boy's name)

Boys;
Kit - nn for Christopher not on its own
Heath - Ledger. No. Awful.Oran
Rex - dog's name
Jude - the obscure? or Hey Jude? No.
Ralph (pronounced rafe.. In theory) - he will constantly be correcting people on the pronunciation. No.
Elliott - chavvy

Verity is my favourite from your list, though I don't like Indigo at all, unless she is going to have a career as a burlesque dancer.

I like Ralph very much, and Rex is fine too, my least favourites are Heath and Oran.
