We really love Frankie for a girl. I would like to use francesca with frankie as a nn so she has a choice when she's older. I want her to be known as frankie day to day so should I use francesca or Stick with frankie

Definitely Francesca. It's beautiful, elegant and timeless. Frankie is quirky and cool and that may or may not be the image your daughter wants to present some or all of the time.
