Emily, Henry, Olivia and Isabella? Middle names would be Grace, Joseph, Rose and Florence in that order.

She's busy with her newborn quads.

TheDowagerCuntess · 18/09/2015 23:18

What happened to the OP?

JakeyBurd · 18/09/2015 23:03

Just says "general English" to me.

SantasLittleMonkeyButler · 18/09/2015 21:40

Very normal names. Names which occur frequently in every social group/class at the moment. Not middle class, but not not middle class IYSWIM.

Personally, I'd say three nice names and one who got the short straw.

SoftBlocks · 18/09/2015 16:59

They are all very popular names, could be anything from 'posh' to working class, born in the last ten years. Fwiw I prefer the middle names.

Linguaphile · 18/09/2015 16:54

They're the kinds of names you'd end up with if you crowd-sourced your baby names to death. Not inspired, but nothing that would make people recoil.

Are you writing a book, OP?

RedToothBrush · 18/09/2015 16:48

Parents want to fit in and aren't creative types.

Floggingmolly · 18/09/2015 13:34

Presumably at least some of them have already been born (and named)? Confused. Or are you just really planning ahead?

cosytoaster · 18/09/2015 13:32

Very girlie set of siblings

Lol - I feel a bit sorry for Henry

RockinHippy · 18/09/2015 13:23

Are you writing a book Confused

No preconceptions, bar perhaps a bit unadventurous/play safe

Keeptrudging · 18/09/2015 13:21

Taught multiple children with those names in a very working class school, so I wouldn't say they were any class, just traditional names.

SignoraStronza · 18/09/2015 13:20

Depends how they're pronounced.Wink Is it a posh 'ah' or a flat 'uh' on the end of Olivia and Isabella?

PermetsTu · 18/09/2015 13:20

I love the idea that they're non-threatening. Unlike the brothers Shitbag, Side-eye, Pipes and FuckYou.

They're just names. They do sound utterly computer-generated. Emily Grace has four apples and Olivia Rose has nine, if they put them in a big pot, how long until Side-eye and Shitbag nick them?

Henry Joseph is travelling on a train from Norwich to London. If he is travelling at an average speed of 68mph, how long until the train is cancelled due to signal failure?

That sort of thing.

TwmSionCati · 18/09/2015 13:14

white middle class with aspirations to be upper middle? does it matter really?

NoStannisNo · 18/09/2015 13:13

Witness protection. Pseudonyms. No hint of quirky family history even in middle names. Dreamt up by a police computer to be as invisible as possible at their new schools. If I thought about it.

Grin this is spot on! Emily Grace and Olivia Rose? Yep, it just sounds like they were generated by a computer program based on popular names of the last few years.

ApplesTheHare · 18/09/2015 10:44

math or secretly expecting!

mathanxiety · 18/09/2015 05:08

My neighbours minus one!

And now I am wondering if they are in witness protection Grin.

yeOldeTrout · 17/09/2015 21:40

I couldn't assign a class to those names at all. conservative with small c is all I would say.

Very girlie set of siblings.

mrsschu · 17/09/2015 21:21

Other than probably white and living in the Home Counties, I'd have no preconceptions. They are bog standard, average names.

Liara · 17/09/2015 20:34

Bit boring if I thought about it, but I wouldn't.

JanuaryJuniper · 17/09/2015 20:29

Normal and unremarkable!

MamaLazarou · 17/09/2015 20:20

Unremarkable names, can't imagine anyone having a problem with any of them.

elQuintoConyo · 17/09/2015 20:04

Witness protection

Grin
NicholasName · 17/09/2015 19:49

Normal, nice family ... Why? Confused 2 of those names are my children. Maybe I'll pinch a third for this pregnancy!

Gruach · 17/09/2015 19:47

Witness protection. Pseudonyms. No hint of quirky family history even in middle names. Dreamt up by a police computer to be as invisible as possible at their new schools. If I thought about it.

Otherwise - perfectly nice and inoffensive.
