Hi, I'm expecting number 4 and have a ton of girl's names, but need some boys names too. We have a Harry, George and Sam... any ideas?

My old company had four directors called Harry, Sam, George and Ben, so I definitely vote Ben. Grin

celtictoast · 01/10/2015 09:06

Yes I like Eric, Dylan and Hamish.

headexplodesbodyfreezes · 01/10/2015 01:42

I like Hamish but it doesn't go with the other names. Save it for a pet Grin

On the other hand, Toby fits perfectly with the others.

mathanxiety · 01/10/2015 01:33

I like Hamish. The only drawback would be sharing an initial with Harry but otherwise it goes nicely with the others.

autumnmoon · 30/09/2015 22:20

Tom or Fred. Either one would be perfect!

I'd go with a fairly traditional name as that's what your boys have, also a name that can't really be shortened similar to theirs. Ie Harry can become H but in reality their current names are easy to spell and can't be shortened. My name can be spelt in more than one way and shortened. Needless to say my Dc have names that I like the shortened version of and cannot be mis spelt!

Albert (Bertie)
Barnabas (Barney)
Sidney (Sid)
Keir
Edward (Teddy)
Laurence (Larry or Lol)

Aquarius320 · 30/09/2015 21:28

Hamish, no. Your child will be teased for having that name.

Lewis
David
Daniel
Edward
Robert
Jacob
Mark
Anthony
Byron
Richard
Albert/Albie
Timothy
Benjamin

madasabadger · 30/09/2015 21:14

Okay - what do you think of Hamish? :)

Bailey, Eric and Dylan are not in the same classic category as the three you have.

DonkeysDontRideBicycles · 14/09/2015 17:01

Adam
Freddie
Patrick

I think most if not all boys names go with Harry, George and Sam:
Thomas
Alexander
Quentin
Sebastian
William
Elliot
Nathaniel

BikeRunSki · 13/09/2015 09:16

Tom/Thomas
Pat/Patrick
Nick/Nicholas or Dominic
Bert/Robert

Anyone like Bailey or Eric or Dylan?

OP posts:
madasabadger · 11/09/2015 21:57

I like Ralph too. Also William, but having a George, Harry and Will might be just a few royal names!

Wow - thank you for all the suggestions - I didn't really expect any replies! I like your ideas - particularly Owen and Ben. We have a James, Daniel and Tom for cousins so they're out. I like Jack and Oliver, but they're so popular at the moment... love that your husband has all those brothers Cosmicglittergirl!
