Any ideas? We're totally stuck. Only name we so far agree on is Albert.

Max is lovely. FWIW I've worked at a children and family centre for nearly 6 years and only come across 1 or 2 in all that time (SE England if that;s any help).

Hector is cute! Ty

Christopher or Julian. Both related to sailors or travellers, as is she.

Comingroundthemountain · 13/09/2015 22:28

Penelope and David

Thebirdsneedseeds · 13/09/2015 20:49

Atticus?

aoife24 · 13/09/2015 15:51

Something classical like Hector.

Thebirdsneedseeds · 13/09/2015 06:23

Austin.

It works really well with Penelope. And it's a classic name, I don't know a single other Austin but we love it.

Doraydiego · 13/09/2015 06:15

Great name. Yes, very popular, but it doesn't stop it being cool.

WishIWasWonderwoman · 13/09/2015 05:46

Nice name. Good luck. Smile

Thank you. Nothing really jumps out at us like Max does. I'm nervous as it's in the 20s on the baby name list but I work with newborns in my area and have not heard max for a long time.
I think we will go for Max Leonard

I know lots of children called Max.

The Penelope I know has two little brothers called Christopher and Michael. I don't know if either of those appeal.

I like Hugo.

RosyRedCheeks · 09/09/2015 13:23

Maxwell

lugo40 · 09/09/2015 13:19

Quite like Hugo but i think it might be one of those names which is hard to warm to

BoutrosBoutros · 09/09/2015 12:48

I know about a million Maxs in west London. Fewer elsewhere. What about Hugo?

lugo40 · 09/09/2015 12:11

i don't think there are many Max's where we live. Is it still a popular name?

Throws Asa in as another suggestion.

DonkeysDontRideBicycles · 09/09/2015 09:28

I just suggested Max on another thread so yes I like it. Are there many where you live?
