Yep, Fearne Cotton's PFB.

But to me it will always make me thing of canines.

WallyBantersJunkBox · 01/08/2015 10:49

I like it but depends on the surname I think.

Stuff family connection, its a horrible name. Besides, surely most people have a family connection to almost all names if they looked hard enough..

Thank you for all the honest opinions...it was my husband's grandfather's name so there's a family connection but I'm unsure about it.

Is a golden retriever in my head.

SillyBlueHat · 01/08/2015 10:31

Love it!

TRexingInAsda · 01/08/2015 10:23

It's a dog's name. But I wouldn't call my dog it, because it's too cliché, like you couldn't be bothered to think of a name for the dog, so you just called it the first dog name you thought of, same for Fido.

PressEscape · 01/08/2015 10:21

Terrible. Perfect for a Staffordshire bull terrier though.

ShadowStar · 01/08/2015 10:20

Makes me think of dinosaurs and dogs.

midnightvelvetPart2 · 01/08/2015 10:19

My first 2 associations are dogs and Oedipus.

But then one of mine is called Max which people say is a dogs name but it hasn't been a problem..

I don't like it for a little boy though and an adult Rex says leather trousers and chest hair to me.

twirlypoo · 01/08/2015 10:18

Isn't fearne cottons son called Rex? I Quite like it, but I'm not funky enough to get away with it (I have a henry, so other end of the spectrum!)

rockybalboa · 01/08/2015 10:17

I know of a couple. It actually works really well.

KungFuhrer · 01/08/2015 10:16

Sounds like a dogs name.

KungFuhrer · 01/08/2015 10:16

Awful name.
