How would you pronounce 'Thea'?

Thee-a. I know two and they both pronounce it like that.

Th as in thorn
E as in ee-by-gum
A as in ahhhhh

I know a Thee-uh and Tay-uh, both spelled Thea, but personally I'd say it the first way when seeing it for the the first time.

Thay-a, or Tay-a. But upon seeing the name for the first time I would ask.

With a soft 'th', not like in 'they'.
