Help! I'm 33 weeks and I'm hoping when baby arrives I'll know what the right name is, but some people have told me that doesn't always happen! I find my preference keeps changing :(

Which name do you like best?

Elizabeth
Charlotte
Rebecca

Elizabeth by a long way.

FatSwan · 12/07/2015 22:02

Elizabeth

andadietcoke · 12/07/2015 22:03

I have a 2 yo Charlotte. She's often Lottie. It's grown on me to be honest. She's a twin and we couldn't choose a second name for ages. Lots of compliments. Was slightly pissed off when Princess Charlotte came along though.

Daffodil1210 · 12/07/2015 22:04

Charlotte or Elizabeth. But I think that's because I knew a really horrible Rebecca when I was younger!

TreadSoftlyOnMyDreams · 12/07/2015 22:10

Rebecca - I know a very sweet 5 yo and many, many Charlotte's and Elis/zabeths

I don't think R is dated at all. It's a classic name though I am not a fan of Becky/Charlie/Lizzy

Marcipex · 12/07/2015 22:11

Elizabeth by a long way.

Wishful80sMontage · 12/07/2015 22:12

Elizabeth is by far the best of the three- beautiful classic name great nn options love Betsy or just fab on its own not met a baby Elizabeth

BothEndsBurning · 12/07/2015 22:16

Charlotte

MadameJosephine · 12/07/2015 22:20

Elizabeth by a mile. I love Libby as nn

SirVixofVixHall · 12/07/2015 22:21

Like them all but like Rebecca the best. It was my great aunt's name, she was born around 1904.

ItsMyFuckingWedding · 12/07/2015 22:44

Elizabeth is beautiful and there are so many nice nicknames

ToFleaOrNotToFlea · 12/07/2015 23:10

Rebecca is beautiful. I am not keen on Becky, but like Becca as a nn

Sophronia · 12/07/2015 23:47

Rebecca

SantasLittleMonkeyButler · 13/07/2015 00:15

Rebecca. Beautiful timeless classic.

I've always wanted to use the name Rebecca Lucy. Never have though!

Elizabeth nn bitsy

BeautifulBatman · 13/07/2015 05:34

Bitsy?? Confused

Bobian123 · 13/07/2015 10:08

Elizabeth for me (although I like all your names). So many options if you want them -Libby, Beth, Eliza, liz, lizzie, Betsy, Betty...

alovelycuppatea · 13/07/2015 10:58

They are all lovely. I'd opt for either Elizabeth or Rebecca - I do like Charlotte but given the royal connection I'd get annoyed with people asking if I named her after the new princess!

MyNightWithMaud · 13/07/2015 11:00

Rebecca

MuttonCadet · 13/07/2015 11:01

I love all of them, but Elizabeth is my favourite.

ThroughThickAndThin01 · 13/07/2015 11:05

Are you thinking of using short names for any of them?

IF yes I like Elizabeth NN Libby.

If no, then Rebecca is the full name I ike best.

CPtart · 13/07/2015 11:10

Elizabeth or Rebecca, with no silly nn, preferably no nn at all.
Would avoid Charlotte.

reuset · 13/07/2015 12:05

Elizabeth. The other names are also good, but Elizabeth is wonderful with wealth of shortening and nick name potential

MamaLazarou · 13/07/2015 12:32

Rebecca. Such a glamorous and romantic name (thanks to Daphne du Maurier).

They are all nice, though.

NadiaWadia · 13/07/2015 13:41

I do love Rebecca, though there were a lot born in the 80s. The others are also nice.
