Irish boys names - opinion on short list pls!

Not long to go and still struggling to find an Irish boys name we both agree on. This is the short list;

  1. Lorcan
  2. Oscar
  3. Eoin

Thoughts please on all 3 and be brutal! Grin

Btw DD is named Aoife.

Aoife and Eoin. Lots of extra letters there (don't get offended, I spent 10 years in Ireland and love the place, so I'm not being boorish).
Oscar, as in Wilde? Hmm.
That leaves Lorcan.

Lorcan is my favourite. Oscar is VERY popular, and I'm not keen on Eoin.

love Lorcán - just posted on the other boys' name thread about that. It's very portable too - easy to pronounce and write wherever he ends up!
