Catherine as a middle name is really lovely. Classic and much less common these days. Flows nicely too.

Disagree about giving Eliza or Beth as a name. You are naming another person and should be as generous as possible, rather than limit her options.

Nina- completely underused, short, snappy, energetic, cute, pretty, not twee, cool

Isabella- just a beautifully lovely name

Elizabeth (nn Eliza or Beth)- graceful and sweet

Rose- lovely but maybe bit twee

Olivia (nn Oli or Liv)- just think pompous middle aged annoying women when hear this
Matilda (nn Tilda)- completely overused so boring

and I think Nina goes really nicely with your son's names.

1. Nina - timeless and unlikely to come across other Ninas.
2. Matilda - I do like this but not keen on Tilda, I prefer Tilly
3. Elizabeth - But if you're going to call her Eliza then call her that - it's a name in its own right? Ditto with Beth really. Otherwise she'll spend her whole life correcting people?
4. Rose - love this but risk is that she gets called Rosie which am not keen on.
5. Isabella/Olivia - just too many of them around IMO

In order of my favourites:

1. Rose. Beautiful, classic, timeless, elegant, classy.
2. Isabella. I'm always banging on about this, but people so massively overplay the popularity thing on here. This morning (I have an Isobel) I added up all the 2013 Isobel/Isabel/Isabella/Isabelle's born in 2013 and worked out that they are 1 in 1000. So roughly 1 in 500 of all female babies born. I don't understand why this is a problem to anybody. 499 out of every 500 other female babies you meet will have a different name! And Isabella is stunning - really, really beautiful, and has lots of gorgeous nickname potential. I love it.
3. Elizabeth - love both Eliza and Beth, though Elizabeth on its own is a tiny bit fusty for my taste.
4. Olivia NN Liv. Nice enough.
5. Matilda nn Tilda. I like it, but I don't think it's as pretty or as timeless as your other choices. I know that Matilda is an age-old name, but it was out of fashion for a long time before it came back in, whereas all the others are perennial favourites, I think.
6. Nina. Not personally keen. You can't go wrong though - they're all good names :)

Matilda- love this, both with the nicknames Tilly and Tilda.
Nina- Very pretty, but still unusual.
Isabella- I personally prefer Isobel, but this is lovely too.
Elizabeth- I personally find this a bit dull, but it's classic with good nickname potential.
Rose- As other people have said, very nice, but an extremely common middle name.
Olivia- Not a fan.

I love them all. Olivia is my favourite and Elizabeth my least. Can you name my boy please?!

Of those three I'd go with Nina.

Classic but also cool.

Instead of Rose, how about Rosalind? You could shorten it to Rose/Rosa, and it fits well with sibling names.

Isabella, Matilda are very common. Though really like both of them
Nina is not nice (but I know a horrible one!).
Not keen on Elizabeth.

Isabella - exceedingly popular, somewhat unimaginative.
Olivia - ditto.
Nina - not easily shortened. Probably my fave of your list.
Elizabeth- classy as it is. No need to be shortened. Like it more as a middle name.
Rose - and its variations...dull, dull, dull.
Matilda- dreadful, with a silly infantile nickname.

My order would be
Nina - love this, beautiful, simple, classy, elegant
Rose - as above basically!
Elizabeth - but I prefer Eliza or Beth to the full name. I have a Bethany nn Beth so I am a bit biased.
Matilda - cute. I like Tilda and Tilly as nns.
Olivia/Isabella - definitely last, they are ok but overdone I think. I know loads of Olivias and Isabelle/Isobel/Isabellas. I prefer Isobel to Isabella. I think Isabella is a syllable too far for me!

All lovely except Nina which sounds pinched to me. I don't know why!

5 - Matilda
6 - Olivia - absolutely loathe it.

I would rank them

1. Nina - my DD was very nearly Nina...I still love it
2. Matilda - I like the nn Tilda rather than Tilly. It makes a refreshing change
3. Elizabeth - Not massively keen on the name itself but the majority of the nicknames are beautiful. My favourite is Beth and I like Libby and Effie too.
4. Isabella - pretty but I prefer Isabel(le) even though it's very popular
5. Olivia - I like the name Olivia but I don't like the nn Liv and Oli is awful.
6. Rose - I don't like this name at all.

Forget Isabella and Olivia, lovely as they are they are both far too common now and are the Sharons and Traceys of the next generation.

I love Matilda, I love Elizabeth though I think Beth is very run of the mill and a bit dated now, so I'd say call her Libby or Lizzie. I adore Rose it's so classy and simple and I'm ambivalent about Nina.

Have you considered Desiderata-Mae? A sweetly pretty name.

1. Rose. My favourite girls name and one I would have used if I had a daughter.
2. Nina. Very pretty
3. Elizabeth. Classic and lots of lovely nicknames
4. Isabella. I love the name, it would have been second, except there are so many of them
5. Olivia. Pretty and popular
6. Matilda. Not keen for some reason, but I do like Tilly.

1. Isabella. I think it's absolutely beautiful, but the only problem is it's super-popularity. If that doesn't bother you, then go for it.
2. Olivia. Also lovely, but ditto with the popularity.
3. Nina. Simple, elegant and also more unusual. So if you were bothered by the popularity of Olivia and Isabella I'd probably go for that.
4. Elizabeth. Classic and classy. Lots of variety of nicknames you could use.
5. Rose. Nice but overpopular. Every other little girl has this as a middle name. Could you use something similar, like Rosa, Rosalie, Rosalind? Because that would push it right up the list!
6. Matilda. It's fine, but I'm not really that keen. Verging on middle class pretentious, and getting more and more popular.

Isabella and variants are just so so popular. Likewise Olivia. Matilda is quite popular too, and probably on the up.

Elizabeth is nice, my favourite nn is Beth. I don't think Liz is inevitable for the new generation.

Rose also nice, but much prefer Rosanna.

Nina is lovely and was on my long list, however DS (2yo) is obsessed with fire engines, which he refers to as 'nee-nahs' so it just wouldn't have worked for us (although DS would have loved it!)

I agree that it doesn't matter at all if sibling names 'go together' or not.

I only like Rose, although Elizabeth is OK if you used one of the nicer nicknames from it for everyday.

Not keen on Nina, hate Matilda, and there are Olivias and Isabellas everywhere.

(Oh, and our Elizabeth has never ever been referred to as Liz. That seems quite an old fashioned nn to me, so perhaps adult Elizabeths get this problem but it hasn't been an issue with ours - she's Elizabeth or Libby...)
