Love it!

MumSnotBU · 22/06/2015 23:55

I love Wyoo, as in

WYOO acronyms?

Brummiegirl15 · 22/06/2015 23:29

Eliza is on my list - but DP prefers Elizabeth and I like both.

So potentially it could be Elizabeth nn Lizzy if we have a girl that is!

ZacharyQuack · 22/06/2015 09:10

I like how everyone is being polite about Wyoo Smile

00100001 · 22/06/2015 08:32

Wyoo is used especially in the baby centre forums a lot (as well as others) :)

reuset · 22/06/2015 08:00

WYOO is awful acronym, I too thought it was a name (nothing surprises me, some of the bright sparks on here Grin ). Some Netmum thing I would guess when I quickly looked it up.

Oh yes, Elijah very popular now, probably almost as popular as Eliza. Easily confused too

Florrieboo · 22/06/2015 05:16

I do like the name, it is very cute, but, I met a mum with an Eliza back when my DS started school, she introduced herself and her baby and I was sure she said Elijah, I was sure the child was a boy for months.

BackforGood · 22/06/2015 00:27

Another who assumed you wanted to call her Wyoo.......

Eliza is OK, but I agree with the posters who would give her Elizabeth as a full name, start calling her Eliza, and let her have more of a choice as she grows up.

YonicScrewdriver · 22/06/2015 00:06

I like Eliza a lot.

I did wonder if Wyoo was a Navajo name...

ASAS · 22/06/2015 00:05

There will always be some idiot thinking Wyoo is some newly invented hip name I'm that idiot.

Congratulations! Eliza is great

yellowcurtains · 22/06/2015 00:02

Wyoo is almost as good as Balonz!

reuset · 22/06/2015 00:00

Very popular, and rising fast, if popularity bothers you. I prefer it muchly as short for Elizabeth

Rhubarbgarden · 21/06/2015 21:39

I love it

Luckyfellow · 21/06/2015 20:55

Oh. I find the way the z is pronounced in Eliza too harsh.

BeautifulStars93 · 21/06/2015 20:52

I have an Elizs. My nan chose it before she passed. We get lots of compliments x

00100001 · 21/06/2015 19:21

Wyoo = What's Your Opinion On

DextersMistress · 21/06/2015 19:19

What's your opinion on? Eliza is lovely btw Smile

scaevola · 21/06/2015 19:19

I've never seen WYOO before either (but the faux pas is 'hubby')

Eliza is a lovely name.

girliefriend · 21/06/2015 19:17

I was a bit Hmm at Wyoo as well Grin Eliza is a lovely name.

Put me out of my misery am guessing wyoo is 'would you' something?!!

HeadDreamer · 21/06/2015 19:14

I have to google wyoo. Me too thought how do you even pronounce this?

SpendSpendSpend · 21/06/2015 19:06

Someone i know chose Eliza for her dd. But then decided to change it slightly to Aliza.

She ruined the name imo. Aliza doesnt look right written down.

MamaLazarou · 21/06/2015 19:03

Eliza is lovely.

'Wyoo' made me go WTF til the penny dropped Grin

3squiglets · 21/06/2015 16:33
