Middle name needed for baby Ned

I'm expecting a baby boy and we have pretty much settled on Ned as a first name. Not Edward, Edwin, Benedict as a BC name... just full name Ned. I know it's not popular on here, and I know what the Scottish meaning is so not really looking for people trying to put me off.
What we do need is a middle name. Surname is 2 syllables so I'm thinking a 2, 3 or 4 syllable middle name. Have a few ideas but want to see if anyone comes up with my ideas and thinks they go well.
Thanks in advance!

I immediately thought Alexander too.

Ha, first person to reply and one of my name ideas is suggested! What else goes well with Ned?
