Posted the other night, three names and you ladies shared your votes equally across all three names....rather than narrowing things down, the short list has grown (nightmare)....

So, here goes again....thoughts please

Eliza, Lydia, Violet, Natasha, Gabriella

Big sister is amelia

Thanks!

Lydia Violet! Definitely. My own 7 year old DD is a Lydia and it often gets positive comments. Not too unusual but haven't met any others either. Go for it!

PallasCat · 22/06/2015 18:00

Violet Eliza!
Congratulations!

Lydia Violet - on the basis that I have not met a single baby Lydia (my eldest dc is 11).

Love all your names including Natasha and Gabriella!

Rhubarbgarden · 22/06/2015 11:03

Congratulations! I vote Violet Eliza.

Natasha (Rose)
Gabriella ( Louise)

Rhubarbgarden · 21/06/2015 21:41

Violet or Natasha

littlejohnnydory · 21/06/2015 20:20

Violet Eliza!

SantasLittleMonkeyButler · 21/06/2015 14:25

I like Violet Eliza. Eliza is one of DD's middle names Smile.

I know a 2 year old Natasha and it really suits her! There are Natasha's under 25 about - just not so many, which is probably a good thing when it comes to avoiding being one of many at school.

Gabriella/Gabrielle I like, but I really don't like the nn Gabby. Too similar to gobby for me.

Lydia I really dislike. It conjures up a mental image of something with too many lids Blush. Not a nice name for a person.

RedToothBrush · 21/06/2015 14:12

Eliza, Lydia and Natasha - I'd avoid another a ending tbh
Violet - Nice but I fear is the next Lily
Gabriella - Definitely go for Gabrielle with a sister Amelia

If I'm honest I think you are subconsciously going for a lot of names that are a bit too similar to Amelia.

FunkyPeacock · 21/06/2015 10:59

All lovely names, my order of preference would be:
Eliza (my 2nd favourite girls name after my DD's name)
Natasha
Violet
Lydia
Gabriella

KoalaDownUnder · 21/06/2015 10:55

Agreed, Lydia Violet is stunning.

I now want to have a baby girl just so I can call her Lydia Violet Grin

Dinosaursdontgrowontrees · 20/06/2015 20:55

Lydia violet is fabulous!

Pagerty · 20/06/2015 13:25

I love Eliza, it's one of my top girls names but I am not keen on it with Amelia (maybe as the both end in a). Violet Eliza is beautiful.

KoalaDownUnder · 20/06/2015 12:14

Yep, Lydia and/or Violet.

Like all the rest, except Natasha (dated).

WorldsBiggestGrotbag · 20/06/2015 08:50

Lydia Violet

Allthatnonsense · 20/06/2015 08:45

Lydia or Eliza.

StupidBloodyKindle · 19/06/2015 23:40

Lydia or Natasha
Ditch Violet

StupidBloodyKindle · 19/06/2015 23:38

Aurelia Wink

voluptuagoodshag · 19/06/2015 23:34

Eliza. Love that name. Would be my choice if I had another girl.
