God no. It's a really wet, drippy name.

I like it

I love Morris/Maurice but I had a lovely neighbour called that when I was little. He was lovely. Also my grandad was called Maurice.

RemusLupinsBiggestGroupie · 12/06/2015 23:02

Maurice could definitely grow on me.

SirVixofVixHall · 12/06/2015 22:39

I was thinking if he was the younger he'd be Morris minor too. If he travelled with work or on a gap year Morris Traveller! Off to Oxford? Morris -, I think you get the gist.

LolaStarr · 12/06/2015 22:36

Or when he's at a disco he can be Morris dancing...Grin

MumSnotBU · 12/06/2015 21:28

If he's the younger son at boarding school he can be Morris Minor.

TheCowThatLaughs · 12/06/2015 21:27

Dunno.... kinda insipid.

scarletforya · 12/06/2015 21:17

I'm not really a fan of the name but I like the nickname 'Mossy'.

Is it sort of in the same era as Trevor, Derek and Brian etc?
